Our founder, Nicholas Laudano, grew up surrounded by passionate pizza lovers and the rich traditions of New Haven-style pizza. Inspired to share this authentic taste beyond his hometown, he created Ah-Beetz. Using his family’s cherished recipe, he brought the bold flavors and time-honored techniques of New Haven pizza to South Florida, staying true to quality and authenticity.

What is "Ah-Beetz?"
"Ah-Beetz" is the pronunciation of "apizza," which refers to traditional New Haven pizza. The term is commonly used in Southern Connecticut and originates from the Neapolitan dialect.
